Maybe start with the more melodic albums, like Blue
Valentine, The Heart of Saturday Night, or, for
people who like jazz: Nighthawks at the diner
(not 'dinner', as some people call it). Or, of course
Asylum Years is a very nice compilation album. And
then, if they can handle those, you can start with
the more progressive albums, Raindogs, Swordfish
Trombones. Don't start with The Black Rider, for then
they may never listen again ;-) (though it is one of
my favourite albums).
