On the DVD (I have the portuguese edition) you can
find a collection of unreleased versions and working
sessions. You can hear Waits creating the "One from
the heart" song during a very long version during
which you can hear Coppola criticizing and suggesting
ideas from the speak cabin.
There's also a short film on Tom Waits' work.
