Hi Carlos & Eric,
Good idea to collect these gems together, Tom should
publish a book of these.
Last night in London we had the story about..
* eating tomatoes off lead plates and the origin of
the phrase dead ringer
* Male spider
* the grilled cheese sandwich with the image of the
Virgin Mary
* the three ages of Man ( Youth, Middle-Age & You look
good)
* the service in a bar called the Elbow Room in Canada
That's as much as I remember for now, hope to see some
other great stories here soon
