Do you know by the way that that story about the
cheese sandwich was a true story? I had just read it
in the newspaper some days before the show. Some lady
tried to sell a cheese sandwich on ebay. She claimed
that ten years ago suddenly the face of the Virgin
Mary (hey, so that's where you were hiding Mary!)
appeared on the sandwich. She put the sandwich in a
plastic box and she claimed that the sandwich did not
deteriorate at all, but stayed as it was. When
somebody bid around 10,000 dollars or so, the ebay
people got nervous and withdrew the item from the
auction, but after complaints from the lady they put
the article back on the ebay. True story therefore. I
found it very funny that he mentioned it during the
show, as I had just told my daughter about it during
breakfast some days before the show ;-)
Wondering now, how much money the lady got for the
holy sandwich.
