The first track listing you gave (with "Jockey full
of bourbon" up first) may be the right one. I
downloaded a concert labelled "Firenze". It start ok
with Tom saying "Buona serra, Tutti". The open chords
of "Jockey.." follow and then there the sound becomes
slightly corrupted and then "Get behind the mule"
begins. It could be that the first 3 tracks are
missing if it is the same download as mine. What ya
reckon? Merry Christmas.
