They are jeans that are usually very tight around the
hips, bum and knees and they they are very wide at the
ankle. So, you see they resemble bells. As favoured
by many 70's prog rock artists. Most people
(particularly men) used to wear them so tightly they
left absolutely nothing to the imagination.. eughh.. :))
