same 2 choices for me Kevy...although Real Gone has 3
or 4 classics on it (and we're always excited about a
new TW record)i think this is his weakest album of the
post Swordfish period.Of course,a mediocre Waits
record is still better than everyone else's best
work,but no-one's gonna convince me Real Gone is up
there with the 80's trilogy,the incomparable Black
Rider or Alice etc etc.Here's a depressing
thought...what if Tom's creative juices have finally
run dry, and everything else from here on in is
downhill?Forgive me,I'm a traitor for even thinking
such nonsense.
