Well, I USED to be a barmaid.. and did dance with the
local Raindogs most Saturday nights during lock-ins.
BUT unfortunately I am well beyond the age limit for
the Rose of Tralee - I have the Irish heritage.. can
play umm ukulele not fiddle. Obviously in my dreams I
would cast myself as The Rose (barmaid) twirling and
swirling the night away with the Raindog (Tom Waits).
Back to reality though.. wish me luck - I am about to
go and deliver my application for a full time Teaching
Assistant post.
