Well, I always fancied Tai Chi, but never got around to
it. Mrs G is threatening to take it up, she can't do
karate as her hands are weak from RSI , from keyboard work.
I think it's good for the kids' confidence too. My son
was a bit timid when he started, but has since won
medals in front of 7-800 people in championships ( I
hate parents who brag about their children :-)) and
that confidence has helped him generally
