The whole thing with touts is that every ticket they
sell (and make their profit on), should, by rights, be
available for anyone who can afford the face value.
I'm almost certain that either the box offices or
promoters set aside batches of tickets just for touts,
sometimes this helps the promoter out when there are
gigs that don't sell too well ,and it gets balanced
with the sure sell-outs when they make their profit.
The whole process stinks in my opinion.
