I agree the prices are very steep and I hope the show
is going to be spectacular to justify the cost. I was
going to say I was a lucky one who managed to get a
ticket but until I see the show I'm not sure whether
paying sixty odd quid for a seat on row S of the
circle is lucky or unlucky. I fucking LOVE Tom Waits
and would gladly bear his children and eat them if so
desired, but the touting of tickets (including the
genuine fan on here trying to raise funds to see him
in Amsterdam!) is really putting a dampener on the
whole event and is obviously bringing out the worst in
people. He should at least announce the intention to
play more dates in the UK so the scum bag touts won't
be able to charge the insane prices that they are (a
pair of front row seats = £1000 on ebay). I don't want
to be sat in a theatre full of idiots on dialysis
machines who have never heard a Waits record but
hocked a kidney in order to get tickets to
the 'hottest show in town'.

Here’s hoping Waits sees sense and plays some more
dates and you get to see him.
Only this time tickets should be by a postal lottery
and you should have to send a photo with your
application which will be printed on your ticket in
order to stop any touts…and in fact anyone who touts
for a living should have the word CUNT, sorry I meant
TOUT tattooed on their foreheads at which point anyone
is legally entitled to charge whatever the fuck they
want for anything that the scumbags may want.
