I guess you were trying to sound reassuring,
but "...won't cancel before calling the buyer".

They mentioned on the web site that they would have
the tickets sent out at least 2 days prior to the
show. Which will be way too late for many. I rang
Carre and was told that they wait a week after
debiting the credit card to make sure you don't cancel
the transaction (like we would hand back tickets to a
Tom show!). Tomorrow will be two weeks since the
debit appeared on my credit card account. Any day
now...
Maybe more reassuring was that the lady at Carre told
me that I don't need the tickets to get in. You only
need to prove your identity at the ticket office on
the night and they will issue the tickets to you at
the theatre. That sounds like a scam in the making...
and you thought the chaos was over once the shows sold
out!. Keep a tight grip on your identity cards,
folks! Carre regard the transaction as final once the
credit card is debited - so if you are worrying just
