Hello Liat,

Not sure if you read this in time, had no time to
write earlier, but I think some of will meet around
17.00 hours in De Roode Baron, address: Zeedijk 17
Amsterdam. I will go there in a minute, even though I
do not have a ticket for tonight (I do for tomorrow).

The place is close to the Central Station, but is
around 30-40 minutes walking from Carre. Earlier I
wrote 15-20 minutes, but I tried it out yesterday and
30 minutes is closer to reality, especially if you
may have to ask directions some times. So: do not
leave the pub too late in order to be in time for the
show. If the Roode Baron will become too crowded, you
may also want to check out the pub on number 10 same
address, so Zeedijk 10, name of pub Kletskop (meaning
something like Chatting Head ;-)), a slightly larger
and very cosy place filled with true Amsterdammers,
local people, not crowded with tourists. Should
anybody not wish to meet in the places above there is
a large grand cafe on the corner of the street where
also the Carre is, not so cosy, expensive looking
place, but close to the Carre. Yesterday I met two
people from London there. Myself I will at the
Zeedijk. Tip: it may be helpful to buy a socalled
strippencard (which is a bus/metrocard) for the trams
in advance, in case you need to hop into a tram that
goes near Carre, that would a tram heading for Rokin
and/or Rembrandtplein and then walk about 10-15
minutes. Will save you some walking but you need to
find out from where the trams leave. In case of
emergency you can hop into a taxi as well, or join
with some other Waitsians to share one. So, reserve
enough time to get to the Carre. Hungry people:
yesterday I had dinner in a superb and cozy
Indonesian Restaurant called Flamboyant, very near
the Carre, to the left if you face the building.
Yesterday's show was GREATTTTT, sorry for this late
notice, leave you now. In a minute I will post a www
address to watch fragments from yesterdays show, and
then I have to catch a train.

Love to all,

Harry
