Hi, I'm just 18 and a massive fan, too. My first
contact with Tom was the movie "Down by law" and the
two tracks "Tango" and "Jockey". I bought "Rain dogs"
and I became a huge fan. At that time I was maybe 13.

5 years later I got all records and saw him live in
Berlin (15.11.). A dream come true. But you're right,
my friends don't know him. I have the feeling I'm
alone with my taste of music. I mean no one at 18 or
19 in my circle of friends or generally loves the
music of Tom, Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Lou Reed, Elvis
Costello, Johnny Cash etc. What a pity! Next year I'm
gonna see Lou and Elvis live...
