flac needs FLAC 1.1.1. for windows with installer.
see: http://flac.sourceforge.net/download.html
Then you make wav files. Then you listen on your
computer or make a cdrom to play on your cd player.
The thing you downloaded (Softsound) is for shn files
Now get to work and enjoy the show, good luck
