wow im a popular one now. haha. well, heres a story
for anyone who cares. sorry it takes me a while, i
think i live in a different time zone than most of
you... the actual story of how i came across mr. waits
is that i liked this boy who was senior at my high
school last year, so he was 18. and i was only 14, so
i really enjoyed any chance i got to talk to him! one
day i was talking to him online and he told me to
download "the piano has been drinking" i was like,
well he likes it so it must be good. so i downloaded
the song, and i liked it, and i tried to find the cd,
but i couldnt. the salesperson thought i was kind of
strange, just me and a big pile of tom waits cd. i
must mention i am also really small and blonde. it
just doesnt fit, really. but i ended up just grabbing
a cd, and it was the heart of saturday night. but i
didnt like it, i thought it was kind of too jazzy. but
after i while i gave it another chance, and i really
did like it. i loved shiver me timbers. haha. then i
got closing time and i liked it too. and then i began
looking up stuff about tom online. and then i decided
i wanted to marry him and... but then i found out he
was already married. and he has kinds that are older
than me. it just wouldnt work out... but now i have
Real Gone too. i love that cd. i think my favorite
song is hoist that rag. or maybe dead and lovely. i
like the way he can be so, gruesome in a way. most
people think i am crazy for being in love with him. i
have a weird fantasy that... well never mind.i think
if he knew me he might think im crazy also... but
thats alright. so theres my long story. ive never
actually met any tw fans in person, besides that guy i
liked last year... so this forum is really cool.
