That's normal.
You have to try it again.
Over here, it seems to work better in the morning, but
there's no rule.
It's very frustrating at first, but believe me, it's
worth the wait (more than you can imagine). Just try
regularly and you'll get through.
It's a kind of magical box, you don't win each time,
but when you do, it rocks.
