or.. you could go for the traditional British xmas dinner:

Wine, Roast Turkey, Roast Potatoes, Wine, Brussels
Sprouts, Mashed Swede, Carrots, Wine, Yorkshire
Pudding, Peas, Gravy, Sage&Onion Stuffing, Wine.
Followed by Xmas pudding with brandy butter or cream.
Mince pies.. cheese & biscuits with Port.. you must
have Xmas crackers on the table and wearing the silly
hat from within the cracker is obligatory, as is
reading out the not-so-funny jokes. Finish off with
coffee and much more wine. Then go and sleep in front
of the television while the chilren play with their new
toys. I guarantee you will not be able to move for a
week (except of course to reach the TV controls and the
chocolates that someone bought you for Xmas) and you
will be MORE than happy to wait another 12 months to
eat all that stuff again.
