tom waits was the answer to a question on jeopardy
today. (its a game show, i dont know if it is anywhere
outside the US) i wasn't watching but somewhere
informed me. on the you the answer is given and the
contestants ask the question. (answer with the
question?) it went something like this, from what i
heard.
Q:"this deep voiced singer whose song "jersey girl"
was popularized by bruce springsteen..." did so and
so. i dont know
A: "who is Tom Waits?"
but nobody on the show got it right, which was really
disappointing...
