Happy Birthday Alli, for yesterday or today or whenever - and
here's to drunken bums :-) It would be a dull place without them.
Chuck E. Weiss is the guy sitting directly opposite Tom Waits on
the Nighthawks at the Diner cover, I think. He sounds like quite a
character as well, there are some good stories about him and Tom
on the Tom Waits Supplement site.
Rickie Lee also does a lovely cover of The Beatles' For No One.
And there's a beautiful song on her latest album called Sailor Song
- very nice.
