I guess I have to explain to this forum some of the
recent posts. This is a Russian Tom Waits forum and I
use it to give a recipe for galic shrimps and tell
about the adventures of Samuel the warrior. So I
humbly get back to why we're all here, the one and
only TW.
Eric send me a dvd of Tom's concert from 1999 in Den
Haag (The Hague).
This afternoon one of my old friends annex clients
called to talk about illustrationwork I do for him.
Then he asked me on TW stuff (he's a big fan too,
went to 2 Carre gigs!)
I told him about the 1999 dvd and that Tom shook a
lot of hands with the audience.
Turns out he was there with his wife on the front row
and he remembered Tom's cold sweaty hand!
So I'll watch the dvd with some new interest to see
if I get a glimpse of my dear old friend and his wife!
