DELAY IN DELIVERING TICKETS

Because of a delay in the processing of payments the
sending of ordered tickets has been delayed. Because
of this it can happen that your order has already
been paid by you, but that you haven't received your
tickets yet. Ordered tickets are registered
as "reserved" in our system. The Theatre Carre will
never cancel paid tickets without having had contact
about this with its customers.
