To be hones, I stopped trying to convince people that
it really is cool and amazing music. People who are
open to experience this special kind of music will
bump into HIS music at some point in life...

I think, it costs too much energy convincing people to
listen to his music. And furthermore, I really hate it
when people listen to it and immediately say... "huh
he can't sing" or "huh, that's no music"....
Last week I spoke to a friend of mine who really is
into TW aswell and he said that he can get really
angry at people when they judge like that to fast...

And to be honest, it took me a while as well to really
appreciate this music. Like with any tasts for all
kinds of things... you grow as a person... and some
people will NEVER EVER like Tom Waits... and I hope it
will stay like that FOREVER

In the meantime, let's all enjoy his music!
