What a lovely story... not dissimilar to my Dad going
back to his Irish roots and driving us all across
England from East Anglia to Wales to catch the ferry
over to Ireland.. then driving on to Dingle Bay... then
forcing us to eat porridge with salt (like he did as a
kid). Not as sweet as your story but still one of the
best holidays I can remember. :)
