I called ticketservice in Holland, which are part of
ticketmaster organisation. They couldn't give me a
number that you can call from abroad, but the lady
told me that tickets will be sent off within 5
Working Days, it may take somewhat longer of course
before they are in your country, but I hope this info
is correct and that it can reassure you a little. She
also told me that a) the number to call from Holland
is 09003001250 (will probably be useless info to you)
and that if you ordered through Internet you can send
an email to info@ticketservice.nl to enquire after
your reservation (this is a Dutch email address
though, I'm not sure whether they can help you check
things if you ordered from abroad, but maybe they can
or help you further with another number or email

know. Did you book through the website of
TicketMaster or through the website of Carré? The
info about a month that I received came from the
Carre ticket organisation, that is not the same as
Ticketmaster.
