That's interesting. Glad to know I'm not the only one attached to
the process of buying albums. But I am definitely in the 'not
particularly financially rewarding' work bracket - though I love
what I do - so also agree there are exceptions! I'm with you Alli on
the 'it's ok if the artist is dead or grotesquely rich' thing - have no
problem with that, although if I did really love an album I'd want
to have the 'real thing', just to covet. And yes, there are some
things I simply wouldn't have heard at all if it wasn't for the
downloads - odd diamonds of tunes here and there. It's just the
whole album thing I'm uneasy with - but am not the only one, so
hooray!
