I had a similar experience with getmetickets.net. I
ordered from them on the day that the apollo tickets
were 'sold out'. These were supposedly row 10 tickets
at nearly 400 pounds each. Luckily my suspicions were
raised and I went on to buy two tickets from ebay.
Despite several phone calls in the week leading up to
the gig they could not tell me when my tickets would
be available. Finally two days before the show they
ring to tell me I have been allocated seats in the
back stalls (expecting me to be oh so grateful to have
anything at all). Well I called their bluff and told
them that as the tickets were not as advertised I
wanted a full refund; this they have done.
What is amazing is that this company were advertising
several different levels of seats, so they must have
had an inside track on the tickets.
